Conversion of a convent to provide a $16M luxury residence with spacious accommodation and external facilities, including a 25m swimming pool for a private client located in the heart of Singapore's conservation area. I worked closely with Conservation architects to re-develop the design to a scheme suitable for planning submission and was also involved in the secondary renovation works.
