Leisure Development, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff Bay.

The project involved the design of an 11M pound scheme comprising of a 12 screen multiplex, 2 night-clubs, 7 restaurants, a 26 lane bowling alley and 2 themed family entertainment units - all under one roof and linked by a themed concourse area. I was second in command in a team of four and was responsible for forming and detailing the elevations of the building including developing the conceptual forms of the feature steelwork elements of the building. I was personally responsible for developing and compiling the fire strategy for the entire complex. Due to it's prominent location I involved in numerous planning meetings to resolve the external works of the building. I also gained invaluable experience in multiplex design.
