Designer Outlet Village, Bridgend, South Wales.

The design of a 35M pound retail and leisure scheme which comprising of 96 retail outlets, 8 restaurants and a 9 screen multiplex. I was part of a team of three architects involved in producing the employers requirements information for a D&B package. Due to the experience that I gained in the Atlantic Wharf project, I took the role of Project Architect for the food court and multiplex element of the scheme and was able to offer specialist advice in the design and development of the multiplex shell. This involved conducting numerous consultations with prospective multiplex operators during the initial stages of the project.
